Here, you will actively participate in the management of application services and act as the central pivot between internal teams and external partners. SAP Vendor Manager # Your field of activity • You manage the application service management across several services and are responsible for problem management • In the event of major incidents, you lead internal departmental working groups and ensure a rapid restoration of services • The role establishes and monitors KPIs in order to make the quality and efficiency of application service management measurable, to derive development measures from them and to ensure their implementation • You actively stimulate the continuous development of the service organization • As a central interface, you coordinate collaboration with SAP and other partners • You ensure that the agreed services are respected and that evolutions are driven in a targeted manner What you bring • You have several years of experience in application service management as well as in vendor or partner management in the SAP environment • You understand IT contexts sufficiently to interact on an equal footing with technical experts • Your communication skills are demonstrated in the management of different groups of interlocutors in German and English • In demanding situations, you maintain an overview and act in a structured and solution-oriented manner • You demonstrate assertiveness, know how to defend interests and are comfortable in contract and partner management • An autonomous way of working as well as calm management of pressure situations complete your profile We do not wish to receive applications from recruitment agencies.
