SAP Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM (f/m) For our client we are looking for: SAP Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM (f/m) Your area of responsibility Continuous optimization of HR and payroll processes Close cooperation with HR business stakeholders as well as support for HR Operations & Payroll Analysis and implementation of change requests as well as implementation of new requirements Training of end and key users Definition, further development and monitoring of HR interfaces (e.g. TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely) including troubleshooting Coordination with internal IT teams and external partners Creation and updating of HR and payroll relevant reports Ensuring SOX compliant HR IT processes as well as support with audit documentations Your qualifications Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics or comparable education Sound experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management and ECP Knowledge in HR Analytics, Data Visualization or project management (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Power BI) are a plus Very good understanding of IT architectures, interfaces and end-to-end HR processes Strong analytical, communicative and operative skills Very good German and English skills Your benefits Very good employment conditions Flexible working hours and a modernly equipped workplace as well as the possibility for home office Other attractive benefits jpidc168f13jm jit0730jm jiy26jm
