Sales Manager of Customer Advisors Geneva region – 100%
In this key function, you actively contribute to the growth of our client portfolio. In the field, as close as possible to your team, you combine commercial vision, leadership, and a sense of results to make a difference. You thus contribute decisively to the sustainable growth of Assura, while ensuring strong commercial performance and a convincing customer experience.

What you do on a daily basis
You recruit, integrate, and develop high-performing customer advisors.
Close to the field, you support your teams through regular coaching and proximity management.
You drive the commercial dynamic of your region, contribute to the commercial strategy, and ensure its deployment in order to achieve the set objectives.
Development-oriented, you identify new opportunities and implement targeted prospecting and acquisition actions. This by proposing innovative solutions as well as initiatives adapted to the market calendar and evolutions.
Analytical and proactive, you steer performance by analyzing results and implementing the appropriate actions.

What you bring to the team
A commercial training, ideally completed by the AFA certification, or the willingness to obtain it.
Solid experience in sales as well as proven experience in team management.
A real interest in talent development and supporting employees towards collective success.
Excellent abilities to convince, unite, and mobilize around ambitious objectives.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit, great autonomy, and a marked taste for the field.
