Your role with us
Production and appealing presentation of the warm and cold buffet in the staff restaurant «Aurum» as well as the food for our in-house catering
Active participation in the planning and further development of the buffet and catering offer
Independent management of the station in compliance with HACCP guidelines as well as the legal requirements according to the Food Act and GHP
Deputy responsibility at the menu station in the absence of the head chef
Active thinking and co-shaping of efficient operational processes
Acting with a view to economic efficiency, guest needs, and sustainability

What you bring with you

Completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
Experience in system gastronomy is an advantage
Independent, precise, and clean way of working
Reliable, dedicated personality with joy in cooking and openness to new ideas
Appreciative and friendly interaction with employees and guests
Good German skills as well as basic knowledge of English
