In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Department, which is very active in private pension schemes, we are looking for a Group Leader specializing in contract management for our main Pension division based in Lausanne. The position includes leading a team of specialized managers (7-8) as well as managing a portfolio of contracts. The missions that await you: Accompany employees through technical and legal support in case management Organize and coordinate group work by ensuring the holding of team meetings, bilateral meetings, replacement plans etc. Ensure employee training and ensure compliance with directives Supervise the planning and organization of the administrative processing of contracts Develop, steer and analyze performance indicators Contribute actively to the continuous optimization of processing procedures Participate in the definition, monitoring and achievement of objectives in connection with the corporate strategy Maintain and develop relations and exchanges with various work partners and represent the team to the agencies Independently and proactively take charge of the management of a portfolio of contracts (new business, modifications, cancellations and maturities, etc.) and the drafting of commercial correspondence Your profile: Holder of a federal certificate in insurance or equivalent training Proven experience in individual pension schemes (3rd pillar) Leadership talent and experience in team management and decision-making Cooperative and collaborative temperament French native language and good knowledge of German (level B2) Good command of standard IT tools (MS Office) If you are also an invested, organized leader and demonstrate a strong customer orientation and possess a positive character, then you are probably the person we are looking for!
