Your mission:
You are passionate about watchmaking finishing and are looking for a new challenge within an environment where quality and precision are at the heart of every achievement.
We are recruiting Watchmakers Polishers / Finishers to join workshops specialized in the manufacturing of watch casing components.
Your missions

• Perform polishing, brightening, satin finishing, deburring, and finishing rework operations on watch components.
• Prepare parts and ensure the various stages of termination.
• Control the aesthetic and dimensional quality of the produced parts.
• Detect surface defects and perform the necessary touch-ups.
• Ensure production monitoring and associated computer data entry.
• Respect quality and safety standards and the requirements of haute horlogerie.

Your profile:

• CFC in Polishing, AFP in manual termination or training deemed equivalent, or 5 years of experience.
• Experience in an industrial environment indispensable.
• Excellent mastery of manual termination techniques.
• Very good dexterity and sense of detail.
• Ability to control surface conditions and guarantee irreproachable aesthetic quality.
• Ease with basic computer tools.
