Responsibilities

Are you at your best when advising clients and establishing lasting relationships with them? Do you know how to ensure the smooth running of operations? We are looking for a new colleague who will take charge of the following main missions:

• Advise and support our clientele with professionalism on all matters related to private credit
• Develop solutions adapted to the needs and wishes of clients
• Identify sales opportunities and systematically exploit their potential
• Leverage your commercial talent to promote our high-end product range
• Rigorously examine credit requests in collaboration with the relevant internal services
• Carry out outbound prospecting campaigns
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as entering and verifying client data.

The desired activity rate is 80 to 100 %

Skills and experience

• Basic commercial training or equivalent training.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the banking sector or in a similar financial function (for example in back-office, credit, leasing or a financial department).
• You enjoy customer advisory and are motivated to contribute actively to the development of the agency's portfolio.
• You possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, which allow you to handle files with precision and method.
• You are comfortable with a high workload and work reliably and autonomously, even during periods of high activity.
• Excellent knowledge of French or German, both oral and written, ideally supplemented by knowledge of Italian or Portuguese.
