Your tasks

• Preparation of cold and warm dishes as well as patisserie with fresh and seasonal ingredients
• Professional processing of food as well as application of various cooking techniques
• Partial assignments at the front kitchen in the restaurant
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and quality regulations
• Support of the kitchen team in daily work processes
• Step-by-step learning of the culinary craft under expert guidance

• Enthusiasm for cooking and interest in food
• Motivation to learn new things and to further develop your own skills
• Reliable, careful and responsible way of working with manual dexterity
• Resilience and flexibility even in hectic situations
• Willingness to work on weekends (on average once a month)
