As a central hub in the Project Management Office, you will support our construction project managers with versatile and networked tasks. With your professional way of working, you will make an important contribution to efficient project execution and quality assurance.

Your tasks

• Project and administration support for the project managers (minute taking, appointment organization, invoice control) as well as central contact point for external project participants
• Responsibility for defined process steps in the procurement and awarding process via DAHochbau and SIMAP up to the creation of contract documents
• Support for the project managers in cantonal processes, workflows and responsibilities as well as coordination of internal interfaces
• Cross-departmental tasks in internal communication as well as meeting organization
• User and SuperUser support as well as management of work and specialist applications
• Further development of processes, methods and work tools in the Project Management Office

Your profile

• Proactive, independent personality with high service orientation and quality awareness
• Training in the commercial or comparable field with great interest in project management and the construction industry
• Networked thinking, communication strength and pronounced organizational skills
• Affinity for IT systems and confident use of the MS Office suite
• Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form; good oral French skills are an advantage
