This is how you create added value The focus of your activities is in the area of Modern Workplace and Microsoft 365\. You ensure a secure, stable, and modern workplace for our customers. You analyze problems in the Microsoft 365 environment, develop proposed solutions, and implement them independently. You ensure the operation of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune etc. You resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses, and support complex malfunctions. You plan and implement changes for the continuous improvement of customer environments. You support the automation of processes with Microsoft\-technologies. You support and advise customers on Modern Workplace topics as well as security functions within Microsoft 365\. You carry out service days and maintenance work at customer sites or remotely. This makes you the ideal candidate To be successful in this exciting position, you should bring the following requirements: You have completed training as an Informatiker/in specializing in platform development or a comparable education. You have sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune etc.). You have experience in endpoint management and client management. Ideally, you are familiar with Microsoft security solutions such as Defender, Conditional Access, and Entra ID. You have initial experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell). You work in a structured, reliable, and customer-oriented manner. You are open-minded, enjoy working in a team, and enjoy customer contact.
