For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a: ### Real Estate Accountant Your missions • Keeping the accounts for rental properties, • Ensuring the closing of heating and ancillary cost statements: accounting entries, checking statements, final closings, rebates and readjustments, management of disputes and complaints, • Managing invoices: allocation, entry, payment, • Ensuring the closing of common accounts, • Processing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, • Processing monthly bank reconciliations, • Being one of the contact persons at the accounting level for the entire clientele: owners and tenants, • Managing tenant requests and written complaints, establishing various correspondence. Profile sought • 3 years of experience in the field of real estate and institutional accounting, • Knowledge of the QUORUM software would be a real asset, • Autonomous, organized, and easy contact with clientele, • Ability to adapt activity according to priority tasks, • Very good mastery of French.
