You take overall responsibility for the branch – operationally, personnel-wise, and economically – and significantly shape its development. You lead around 20 employees, further develop your team, and ensure that quality, efficiency, and cooperation are correct in daily business. In doing so, you control turnover, costs, and results, derive targeted measures, and ensure a constantly high service quality. At the same time, you are present in the market, maintain customer relationships, accompany sales, and recognize new potentials. As a central interface, you ensure clear structures, transparent communication, and smooth processes. Your profile Technical or commercial training with a technical connection or studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration with a technical connection).
