YOUR TASKS • You are the first point of contact for 2nd-level support in Supply Chain Management and support inquiries regarding ticketing systems, invoice workflows, Coupa, as well as user and supplier management. • You ensure the quality and timeliness of the material management master data (material, supplier, and condition data). • You process material and GTIN requests according to the defined SOPs. • You check, manage, and store regulatory documents such as MDR certificates and declarations of conformity in SAP. • You maintain article classifications (eClass) as well as risk classes and ensure their correct representation in SAP. • You create accounts receivable and accounts payable master data and support the continuous optimization of SCM processes. <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have a commercial or business administration education; further training in logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage. • You bring experience in Supply Chain Management, master data maintenance, or a comparable administrative function. • You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English and French skills. • You are proficient in working with SAP and Excel and feel comfortable in system-supported processes. • You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and have a strong understanding of processes and connections. • You are a reliable, team-oriented, and independent personality with high initiative as well as strong organizational and communication skills. <br /> Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
