For our client, a renowned company in the furniture industry in the Spreitenbach area, we are looking for you as:

Sales Customer Service Employee (Greeter) 60%

• Advising customers in the entrance area
• Supervising the self-checkout zone
• You stand by our customers as a competent contact person, proactively support the scanning process, and help with technical questions or uncertainties directly at the checkout.
• Optimization of customer satisfaction
• Through empathy and helpfulness, you build a relationship with the customers and work out a solution that is satisfactory for them.

Working hours:

Monday to Saturday between 07:00 - 21:00 (depending on scheduling)

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center is an advantage
• Physically resilient
• You are highly communicative
• Well-groomed appearance
• Good German skills
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Quick comprehension
• Flexibility and high willingness to perform
