Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Coordination and scheduling of consultations and treatments
• Completion of administrative and organizational tasks
• Responsible for internal and external telephone and written customer contact
• Interdisciplinary communication and cooperation

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed training in the commercial, medical (Med. Praxisassistent/in EFZ) or nursing field as well as further training as a doctor's or hospital secretary
• Professional experience as a doctor's secretary in an acute care hospital is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and medical terminology
• Enjoyment of independent and solution-oriented working methods
• Resilience, high organizational, communication and teamwork skills
