Your field of activity ### • As a member of a dedicated and innovative team, you process and coordinate inquiries from social and supplementary insurance (VVG) regarding outpatient and inpatient benefit cases • In close cooperation with the medical management, you prepare medical statements on cost guarantees, medications, rescue service interventions, therapies, as well as other benefit reviews • Through your hospital-wide networked cooperation, you contribute significantly to an efficient and timely response to insurer inquiries Your experience ### • This versatile area of responsibility is particularly aimed at professionals from the fields of nursing, health insurance, medical secretarial work, pharmacy, or paramedicine • You have sound knowledge of medical terminology and are proficient in handling modern IT applications. Knowledge of Swiss KVG benefit review as well as experience in the health insurance environment are an advantage • Your way of working is characterized by accuracy, independence, and efficiency.
