Sales Inside Service Specialist (m/w/d)

On behalf of our client, a globally leading technology provider based in the Bülach area, we are looking for a Sales Inside Service Specialist (m/w/d) # In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on the company's products. You will be responsible for the entire order processing (quotations, invoices, calculations, etc.), support the assigned field service employees, and take on various tasks in the sales inside service, such as maintaining master, condition, and customer data, etc. in the corresponding tools. Furthermore, you will handle the processing of goods transports with freight forwarders and customs formalities. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for product-related questions and advise them in German, English, and possibly French. Participation in various projects and close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., marketing, purchasing, finance) round off this interesting offer. To successfully master this exciting challenge, you should have completed commercial training (including experience in the industrial sector) or technical training with further education, e.g., as a technical merchant. You should communicate confidently in German and English; French and any other language are an advantage. You should have good MS-Office skills and experience in handling ERP systems (SAP, Navision, etc.). Equally important are good communication skills and the pleasure of driving things forward.
