Sales Manager 60-100 % w/m/d Your challenge You actively win new customers, particularly medical practices, medical centers, as well as private hospitals, and accompany them from initial contact to successful completion. You maintain and develop existing customer relationships and provide competent advice regarding our service offering, our digital solutions, and pre-analytical topics. You recognize sales potential, plan your activities independently, and represent our company during customer visits and events. You work closely with the Customer Service, Marketing, and IT teams and participate in the service portfolio and departmental projects. Your profile You have a medical background (e.g., MPA, BMA, FaGe) and know the healthcare system. You are a strong-contact sales personality who enjoys approaching people, is convincing, and enjoys active new customer acquisition. Ideally, you already have experience in sales or field service. You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented, and are proficient in using digital tools and MS Office. You communicate with style in German and have good English skills. You possess a category B driver's license.
