The Tiefbauamt is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of cantonal roads, as well as hydraulic engineering and slow-moving traffic in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of national highways within the cantonal territory. The canton's road infrastructure includes over 1'450 structures, including bridges at airy heights of up to 90 meters and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The internship position is limited to one year. Your area of responsibility You will support our IT support, in particular: - in ensuring 1st-level support - at the central administration location in Chur, - as a 2nd-level supporter for the power users of the seven districts and the Technology Section, - in tracking open tickets and pending tasks, - in setting up clients and configuring IT workstations You will create and publish solution documents (FAQ, documentation) for power users and users You will ensure that the overarching security and quality specifications are met What we wish for from you Very high IT affinity in the implementation of the areas of responsibility with a high willingness to perform.
