For our Enterprise Application Team within our central IT organization (Shared Group Services), we are looking for an experienced, solution-oriented personality who maintains and actively develops our business applications. You will work in a 4-person team closely with our IT colleagues from Infrastructure and Workplace Services as well as with specialist departments, manufacturers and external service providers. To support our IT team, we are looking for a competent, motivated personality per sofort or by arrangement as Application Manager (a) 80-100% Your tasks Further development of business processes, in which you continuously and proactively contribute your ideas Support and maintenance (including patch installations) of existing business applications (possibly with external service providers) Recording and testing possible application and process adjustments Carrying out simple data cleanings Collaboration in the continuous digitalization of business processes Maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications Coordination and hub between employees, support units and application developers Evaluating and analyzing key figures + reports Collaboration or project lead in the introduction of new business applications Creating and maintaining system and operating documentation Your profile Completed basic training as Informatiker*in EFZ, ICT Fachmann*frau or Wirtschaftsinformatiker*in Experience as a PowerUser of ERP or ITSM systems and/or experience in a comparable function, knowledge in the area of SQL an advantage Basic knowledge in the areas of server, services and network Your strength is analyzing problems and finding practical solutions.
