To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality as from August 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks: Support the Head of Security in the implementation and further development of security processes and guidelines Participation in the creation and implementation of security guidelines and emergency plans Leadership, coordination and deployment planning of the security personnel Organization and implementation of training on security protocols and procedures Ensuring the security of guests and employees Carrying out access controls as well as monitoring public areas Processing and following up on security-relevant inquiries and incidents Installation, maintenance and monitoring of security systems (CCTV, access controls and alarm systems) Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and security standards Documentation of security incidents as well as creation of reports Collaboration and coordination with police, fire department and emergency services Advising and supporting other departments in all security-relevant matters Ensuring internal communication and compliance with security guidelines throughout the entire resort Your profile: We are looking for a responsible, resilient and committed personality with strong team and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action. You have a technical or commercial basic education and bring training as a Fachmann/Fachfrau Sicherheit und Bewachung FSB as well as ideally further training in the field of fire protection. Several years of professional experience in security services as well as experience in leading employees are required. You have sound technical knowledge as well as experience in dealing with security and access systems (e.g., KABA, Visionline, Oracle) and bring the necessary technical know-how for modern security systems. Very good German skills as well as good English skills are required. You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, decisiveness, conflict resolution skills and a structured way of working. You meet changes openly and with a high willingness to learn. In addition, you are willing to continuously develop your expertise and work flexibly in shift service as well as on weekends and public holidays.
