What you will do:

• Processing customer inquiries and administrative order processing
• Deployment planning of mobile energy centers, vehicles and technical employees
• Creation of delivery, collection and transport orders
• Control and invoicing of rental and sales processes
• Maintenance of master, article and order data in the ERP system
• Processing of complaints and ensuring service quality
• Creation of customs documents, obtaining tank permits as well as ordering silos and pellets
• Administrative support to the Head of Dispatching

What you personally bring:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Experience in dispatching, order processing or logistics is an advantage
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and enjoyment of collaboration
• Ability to work in a team and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
