Social Pedagogue for Semi-supervised Living (40 %)

Your tasks

• You accompany and advise adolescents and young adults specifically on the path to an independent lifestyle, incorporating their individual living spaces.
• You are responsible for two comprehensive, interdisciplinary case managements with a systemic focus and involving the respective origin systems.
• You work decentrally at various locations of the semi-supervised living in the city of Luzern.
• You participate in team meetings and supervisions and contribute to systemic as well as psychiatric specialist and case consultation.

Your profile

• Degree in Social Pedagogy or Social Work (FH/HF) or a comparable education.
• As a trustworthy person, you encounter people appreciatively and shape relationships in an engaged and clarifying manner.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in counseling as well as in the semi-residential or inpatient or therapeutic field.
• You work solution-oriented, approach even challenging situations with a pinch of humor, and act in conflict situations with composure and decisiveness.
• You appreciate flexible, self-organized working hours and are open to individually planned assignments.
• Fixed Fridays are possible in consultation with the team.

The Kinder- und Jugendsiedlung Utenberg employs around 90 employees. We support around 75 children, adolescents and families in their development with care and living offers, so that they can lead a self-determined life.
