• Responsibility for the strategic further development and market positioning of the additional services offering across all USB locations
• Establishment, leadership, and further development of the Additional Services Management specialist unit as well as management of cross-divisional initiatives and projects
• Development of innovative additional services and service offerings to tap into new revenue and growth potentials
• Management of relevant stakeholders and governance bodies as well as close cooperation with clinics, wards, marketing, tariff and revenue management
• Ensuring the achievement of economic goals through consistent management, optimization, and further development of the additional services offerings

What you bring with you ###

• University degree (University or Fachhochschule), ideally supplemented by business administration or health economics further training
• Experience in a strategic, business administration, or market-oriented function, ideally in the healthcare sector
• High service orientation as well as independent and structured way of working
• Proven experience in the development of services or business models as well as in the management of complex projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high result orientation
• Communicative personality with strong presentation skills as well as competence in stakeholder management at all hierarchical levels
