On behalf of our client, a watchmaking house based in Genève, we are looking for a Receptionist (M/F) available to work as part of an on-call contract.

Receptionist (on-call contract)

Are you comfortable in a high-end environment, have an excellent sense of hospitality and are available for occasional missions depending on needs?

Your missions:

• Ensure the physical welcome of visitors and collaborators
• Manage telephone calls and direct interlocutors
• Respond to requests and provide a first level of information
• Manage badges, visitors and access
• Ensure various administrative tasks related to reception
• Guarantee a professional image and quality welcome corresponding to the standards of the house

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-end, watchmaking or international environment
• English minimum B2 level mandatory
• Excellent presentation and very good communication
• Sense of service, courtesy and discretion
• Reliable, reactive person who is comfortable in contact
• Availability and flexibility indispensable for on-demand interventions
• Residing in the Genève region or easily mobile in Genève
