We are looking for a CNC Polymécanicien/Production Mechanic (M/F) to strengthen a specialized team and actively participate in the production of high-precision parts.

Your mission

Within the production team, you will notably be responsible for:

Reading and interpreting technical plans and files.
Preparing and setting up CNC machines, with validation from the Team Leader.
Launching production series and ensuring compliance with dimensions and plan requirements.
Performing self-checks of parts throughout production.
Quickly identifying and reporting any technical drift or anomaly.
Ensuring first-level maintenance of equipment.
Collaborating with support teams to guarantee the continuity and quality of production.
Being proactive in proposing improvements to processes and optimizing setup and machining times.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment according to 5S principles.

Your profile

Technical training with a CFC in production mechanics or a title deemed equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Confirmed experience in CNC turning, ideally on a BIGLIA machine park.
Very good ability to read and understand technical plans.
Autonomous, precise and comfortable in an environment where quality and productivity are essential.
Team spirit, good communication and stress resistance.
Flexible, versatile and able to adapt quickly to production requirements.
Serious, conscientious and quality-oriented person.
