To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Clerk Inside Sales 100% (m/f/d) Tasks • Sales process: You keep the sales process running – from order processing to delivery and invoicing. In doing so, you ensure that our customers are delivered to punctually and reliably. • Export: Even international orders do not throw you off concept. You take care of the customs formalities and ensure smooth processing. • Customer service: You see complaints as an opportunity to show good service. You create framework agreements and find suitable solutions together with our customers. • Organization: You keep an overview of article and customer master data, check transport invoices, and reliably prepare lists and evaluations. • Teamwork: You work closely with various departments and step in where your support makes the difference. Profile • Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or training in retail and feel at home in inside sales. • Languages: You master German with stylistic confidence and can communicate reliably in French. Italian? A nice bonus. • IT: MS Office is part of your everyday life. Experience with SAGE, EDI, or MIOS is an advantage, but not a must. • Way of working: You maintain an overview even when several tasks land on your desk at the same time. You work in a structured manner, think interdependently, and enjoy communicating with a wide variety of contact persons. • Flexibility: Occasional assignments at our location in Gretzenbach are a matter of course for you.
