On direct behalf of our client, an innovative, successful and established real estate services company in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced

Construction Manager 100% #

per immediately or by arrangement.

In this responsible role, you will undertake the independent supervision of demanding construction projects and accompany them in close cooperation with the responsible project managers. You will be in direct contact with buyers and clients and ensure a professional and smooth implementation of the projects.
Your main tasks include the coordination and management of the involved planners, contractors and suppliers, as well as the ongoing monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality. You will competently guide the client or buyer through the entire construction process, identify possible deviations early on and ensure the corresponding coordination and implementation of suitable measures. In doing so, you will assume a central interface function between project management, planning, companies and the client.

To successfully master this exciting challenge, you have completed training as an eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in or Techniker/in HF Hochbau and can draw on several years of professional experience in construction management. Ideally, you have sound experience in the field of renovations and refurbishments and are familiar with the associated special requirements for planning, coordination and execution. You bring good knowledge of common MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with construction administration software, preferably Messerli. Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing are required.
