Production Employee / Plant Operator without Shift Work (m/w/d) Your main tasks in Production & Logistics: • Plant operation: You control, monitor and maintain the filling and production plants (focus: liquids/solvents). • Maintenance & care: You carry out minor troubleshooting and setup work independently and keep the plants clean. • Process control: You meticulously record filling data and actively help to continuously improve workflows. • Interface to shipping: You actively support in the warehouse and logistics area, help with packaging, providing goods and goods intake/dispatch. • Safety: You strictly adhere to the strict guidelines for occupational safety, order and quality when handling chemical substances. You bring: • Practical experience: You have good experience in an industrial production operation (ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical or filling area) and have technical understanding. • All-rounder mentality: The combination of machine operation and physical assistance in the warehouse/shipping is enjoyable for you. • Personality: You work precisely, responsibly and are absolutely reliable. • Languages & formalities: You communicate effortlessly in German.
