What I move

• You operate, monitor, and set up our modern SMT assembly lines including printers, placement machines, and reflow soldering systems and ensure reliable production operation.
• You perform material changes and feeder setups and ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
• You take over quality, first-piece, and process controls, document relevant production and quality data, and ensure compliance with our high quality standards.
• You resolve minor machine malfunctions independently and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes as well as the implementation of 5S principles.

What is required

• You bring technical understanding as well as interest in machines, systems, and manufacturing processes, ideally supplemented by experience in electronics manufacturing.
• You work carefully, reliably, and with quality awareness and take responsibility for your work results.
• You recognize irregularities early, maintain an overview even during ongoing processes, and act in a solution-oriented manner.
• You have the willingness to work shifts and bring the necessary flexibility for daily production life.
