Your tasks
Patient-oriented care: Nurse and care for our patients during rehabilitation with professional basic and treatment care during the night
Promotion: Support, motivate, and assist patients in dealing with their illnesses
Interdisciplinary cooperation: Actively contribute to interdisciplinary cooperation and take on responsibility
Documentation: Ensure seamless documentation of treatment processes in the KIS
Diversity: Check and prepare medications according to medical instructions and undertake other ward-relevant activities
Your profile
Education: Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or a comparable training with at least one positive SRK-PreCheck
Personality: You are an empathetic and team-oriented personality who practices your profession with joy and commitment. You are characterized by an innovative spirit, professional communication, and a quality-conscious way of working
