For one of our clients, an independent business law firm that supports a diverse clientele, we are looking for an Accountant at 60-80%.

Your tasks at your new employer

• Ensure invoicing for several partners, the monitoring of reminders and client collections
• Enter disbursements and ensure the filing of invoices
• Perform the entry of accounting documents: bank notices, supplier payments, expense reports, and credit card statements
• Ensure the maintenance of the cash register and the entry of current accounting operations
• Manage monthly invoicing as well as the monitoring of credits and client provisions
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns and perform reconciliations of bank, transitory, and provision accounts
• Carry out various financial analyses and provide support during quarterly and annual closings

You offer your new employer

• A commercial training or an equivalent diploma
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting function
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word, knowledge of Crésus is an asset
• A proactive, dynamic, and open-minded personality
• An excellent sense of priorities, organization, and rigor
