You are responsible for building technology and the contact person for our customer in the area of building technology. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Technical responsibility in the area of building technology and maintenance
• Supervising all building technology systems (HLKSE)
• Monitoring and carrying out maintenance/inspections according to the maintenance plan
• Advising the ownership in all technical trades
• Administrative processing of daily business
• Repair work on the building technology infrastructure
• Planning, organizing and implementing projects in the area of building technology
• Optimizing operating costs in the building with innovative ideas and ensuring customer satisfaction with your service-oriented appearance
• On-call service

You describe yourself as a service provider out of inner conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. In addition, you bring the following with you:

• Basic technical training in the field of HLKS or electrical
• Strong technical understanding of the interaction of plants and systems
• Several years of professional experience in the technical area of building operations
• Experience in operating building management systems
• Good IT user knowledge
• Driving license Cat. B
• Team player
• Strong service mindset
• Willingness for on-call service
