As an intern at the reception and telephone of our Lausanne agency, you will ensure that our tenants and clients are correctly served in this 12-month professional relationship. You will also have the opportunity to discover the real estate sector and enter this exciting sector directly after your completed training. ###

Your mission in detail

• Personal and telephone support of our tenants/clients at the reception and telephone
• Transferring telephone calls to the responsible contact persons and also providing information yourself
• Supporting the organization/management of repair and maintenance measures
• Performing administrative and secretarial tasks
• Assistance in administrative management (clarifications, shipping, lease agreements, etc.)

Your profile

• You have a solid basic education (Immobase training is an asset).
• You possess excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• You are courageous, flexible and, as a multi-tasker, you skillfully use your versatile talents every day
