Job Description

YOUR ROLE

As a Service Technician at Zargag, you are responsible for the efficient and high-quality processing and coordination of service and installation orders. You organize materials and installation teams, process installation defects, and train installation partners. In addition, you ensure compliance with the highest installation standards and support the installation management. Your role requires basic manual training or high technical affinity, at least 5 years of experience in the installation business, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Processing and coordinating service and installation orders
• Compliance with the highest installation standards
• Self-organization in material procurement and warehouse
• Processing and rectification of installation defects
• Training and support of installation partners
• Control of installation quality
• Contribution of optimization ideas
• Teamwork with project managers

Your Profile

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic manual training or high technical affinity (ideally experience with the installation of doors)
• High technical product understanding
• Rapid perception of defect situations and optimal finding of solutions
• At least 5 years of experience in the installation business and installation process
• Good communication skills
• Open-minded personality, strong team player
• High willingness for field service assignments in Eastern and Central Switzerland
