Your tasks - diverse and responsible

• Lead and develop: You will take over the personnel and professional leadership of a committed team consisting of four professional legal guardians, three school social workers and two administrative employees.
• Protect and accompany: You will manage legal guardianships and carry out assessments in child and adult protection.
• Network and collaborate: You are a central contact person for the KESB Birstal as well as for the primary school management of Muttenz.
• Advise and support: You accompany and advise people in demanding life situations in the areas of child and adult protection, school social work and general social work.
• Ensure and further develop quality: You promote constructive cooperation, strengthen the professional development of your department and advocate for professional, solution-oriented social work.

Your profile - professionally skilled, personally convincing

You bring the professional requirements and the personal attitude to lead a team competently and to professionally accompany people in different life situations.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
• You bring experience in statutory social work.
• You have completed further training in systemic counseling and/or a CAS in the field of child and adult protection.
• Ideally, you have leadership experience and enjoy promoting and accompanying employees.
• You are resilient, a team player and communicate clearly and appreciatively.
• You think in networks, act in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
