Head of Section Plant Safety

Lead our Plant Safety section and actively design and coordinate our implementation in the area of operational environmental protection. Apply to us and take on responsibility as of January 1, 2027 or by agreement: Your tasks <br /> • Technical and personnel management of the section with currently 5 employees • Implementation of environmental and water protection legislation in the areas of: industry and trade, hazard prevention, dangerous goods, tank facilities, biosafety and pipelines • Independent handling of technical and implementation tasks as well as carrying out construction inspections and operational controls • Advising private individuals, municipalities and companies • Participation in cantonal and intercantonal bodies <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in the field of chemistry • Several years of management experience or corresponding further training • Experience in the implementation of environmental and water protection legislation as well as in the assessment of plants and processes • Proactive approach to new challenges • Quick comprehension and an interdisciplinary approach to action and thinking • Independent, structured, reliable and appreciative way of working • Flexibility, negotiating skills and assertiveness • Stylistically correct German (oral and written) <br /> Our offer We offer a challenging leadership position with scope for design.
