Healthcare Specialist EFZ

Our client is an established non-profit organization in the field of outpatient healthcare that enables people of various age groups in several municipalities of the Zurich region to live an independent life in their familiar environment. With around 160 employees at four locations, the company is one of the larger organizations in its industry in the Canton of Zurich and is characterized by a dynamic, collegial working environment. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Carrying out basic and treatment care in a stable environment
• Providing need-based nursing activities according to the care plan
• Execution of independent and delegated administrative activities
• Support of the nursing professional in complex customer situations
• Involvement of relatives in care and support
• Recording of customer documentation and nursing reports

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in nursing and care for all age groups
• Experience in household management
• Professional and independent way of working
• Social competence and high resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Good PC skills, RAI-HC is an advantage
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Driving license category B
