Maintenance Specialist

Our client, an established Swiss manufacturer in the field of security technology and access solutions, is looking for a dedicated maintenance specialist to strengthen its production team. The company, with over 160 years of tradition, combines craftsmanship and modern technology and employs around 290 employees. The position offers the opportunity to have a direct influence on equipment availability and production processes while further developing preventive maintenance strategies.

Your tasks

• Ensure maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
• Take over technical coordination with external service partners
• Continuously increase and improve equipment availability through optimization

Your profile

• Technical training: Completed apprenticeship with EFZ and further training as a maintenance specialist desired
• Professional experience: At least 5 years in the maintenance of production equipment
• Technical knowledge: Mechanical skills as well as automation and control technology
• Personal competencies: Hands-on mentality, structured, solution-oriented and team-oriented
