The role... You will take full responsibility for all logistics-related processes for the Electrical Technology division at the Rapperswil location in a dynamic growth environment. We are looking for a leadership personality who makes a real difference both in day-to-day operations and in the strategic further development of our logistics. How you will make an impact... • Disciplinary leadership of goods receipt and freight forwarding with 6-8 employees • Ensuring goods receipt processes as well as demand-oriented material provision for production • Coordination and handling of outbound logistics including ready-to-ship preparation and packaging • Steering and monitoring inventory levels • Leading the daily Shopfloor Meeting Level 1 and reporting to the Head of Operations • Project management for the transformation of internal logistics with transparent structures, responsibilities, and processes • Local implementation of the global WMS standard in SAP S/4 Hana and EWM What you bring with you... • Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics, or a comparable qualification with proven practical experience, ideally in a production environment • Proven leadership experience (>3 years) as well as the ability to motivate, further develop, and lead your team through change processes • Sound SAP knowledge (WM-LE, EWM) and experience in the implementation of SAP-WM or -EWM • Knowledge in the area of project and lean management, IPMA certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage • Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form What do we offer? • Market- and performance-oriented compensation including a performance-related bonus component • Active support for professional and personal development • Company participation of 50% in an annual commuter pass, and the employee additionally receives the entire transport association (ZVV/Ostwind) • Above-average continued payment of wages in the event of accident or illness • On-site cafeteria with dining options at affordable prices • Central location in the middle of Rapperswil with close public transport connections and many restaurants and shopping facilities • We look forward to hearing from you soon!
