WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Advising and supporting managers in all personnel, labor law, and organizational matters
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle in the assigned support area
• Managing recruitments from needs analysis to successful onboarding
• Support with demanding personnel decisions as well as in complex employee and leadership topics

• Active co-design and further development of modern HR instruments, processes, and standards

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed higher education in the HR field, for example with an HR specialist certificate or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
• Several years of experience in a comparable function as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with comprehensive advisory responsibility
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and the social insurance system
• Proficient German language skills
• Enjoyment of collaborating with managers in a dynamic industrial environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatic solution orientation, and high initiative
• Confident appearance as well as the ability to bring different interests to a common denominator
• Openness to change and the motivation to actively help shape developments
