The hotel management team ensures the well-being of patients and employees in the housekeeping and gastronomy areas of the various institutions.

Your tasks

• Operational management of the Hasliberg kitchen as well as ensuring smooth, economical, and high-quality kitchen operations
• Leadership and development of the kitchen team including personnel scheduling, employee appraisals, recruitment, training and further education as well as internal training and regular team meetings
• Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and food safety as well as implementation and monitoring of the HACCP concept and legal requirements
• Planning and ensuring patient and employee catering including food distribution, presentation, and menu design / coordination with the production kitchen Willigen
• Responsibility for inventory management and cost control including orders, inventories, and budget participation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and communication with various specialist departments as well as active participation in projects and concepts
• Transition of the current operating concept to the marketplace / Free Flow, support and co-design of the renovation phase until presumably the end of 2028

Our expectations

• Completed training as Köchin / Koch EFZ
• Completed further training as Diätköchin / Diätkoch or comparable training in the field of dietetics / special nutrition
• Further training as Küchenchefin / Küchenchef or a comparable higher vocational education is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable function
• Experience in the healthcare sector or in communal catering is an advantage
• Strong awareness of quality, organizational strength, and business understanding
• An appreciative, committed, and solution-oriented leadership personality
• Joy in interprofessional cooperation and development as well as strong communication skills in interprofessional cooperation
• Good MS-Office skills, Pauli’s Kitchen Solutions and PEP are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
