Head of Business Development Transport Police

This is what you can achieve. • As Head of Business Development, you will steer the further development measures of the Transport Police and support the management in implementing the strategy, so that customers and employees can benefit from high security. • You will identify, assess and anticipate current trends and developments in policing as well as related areas and anchor suitable approaches sustainably in the organization. • You will manage the project portfolio through planning, control and prioritization of all ongoing and planned projects. • You will lead demanding sub-projects or projects, work actively in projects and support the management on topics related to police and security. • You will evaluate and introduce modern tools and systems for operational forces together with the specialist departments. This is what you bring. • As a proactive and winning personality, you will network across departments and communicate in a target-group-specific manner across different levels. • With your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your implementation strength, you will drive topics forward in a structured and pragmatic way. • Even with a broad range of topics, you will keep an eye on the big picture and structure content quickly and in a comprehensible manner. • You have a university degree (uni/FH), further training in strategy development or project/innovation management, and experience in development- and results-oriented leadership. Experience in police/army is an advantage. • Through experience in project and program management as well as in change and strategy development processes and in digitalization, you will implement projects in a results-oriented manner. • You have a command of German or French at level C2 and the other language at level B2.
