Cook EFZ assistant on an hourly basis

For Senevita Obstgarten in Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a reliable and motivated person as a Cook EFZ as an assistant on an hourly basis, starting immediately or by arrangement

What you achieve:
Preparation of meals for the residents of the apartments and the guests in the restaurant (cold and warm kitchen)
Coordination of work and processes in cooperation with the head chef
Support for the head chef in the professional storage of food and raw materials
Support for the team in all tasks arising in the kitchen
Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations
For banquets, special weeks, and events, you also sharpen the knives and lend a hand

What distinguishes you:
Completed vocational training as Cook EFZ
Experience in a large kitchen in a hotel-like operation
Ideally knowledge of dietetic cooking
Independent and responsible personality with polished manners
Very good written and oral German skills
