Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Together with an interdisciplinary team, you are responsible for the pharma-logistical processes from procurement to the supply of the ward pharmacies
• You lead the outpatient area of the hospital pharmacy professionally, organizationally, and personally
• You use SAP MM (S/4HANA) and modern logistics systems for efficient procurement, inventory management, and billing
• You question existing pharma-processes, continuously optimize them, and ensure their sustainable implementation

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed pharmacy studies (federal or recognized) or specialist pharmacist in hospital pharmacy as well as practice permit (BAB)
• Empathic leadership personality with high social competence and pronounced communication skills
• In-depth SAP MM knowledge is indispensable in everyday hospital life
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
