To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for you as an experienced personality with enjoyment in product development.

What the position offers you

• You will take over the constructive development and support of our cooling appliances and accompany products and assemblies from the idea to production readiness.
• You will represent the mechanics department in interdisciplinary projects and ensure the development of constructive solutions while complying with quality, time, and cost specifications.
• You will create manufacturing drawings, assembly documents, as well as technical documentation and manage these in the PDM system.
• You will verify your concepts and developments using functional models and prototypes in cooperation with prototype construction.
• Within the framework of series development, you will support and further develop the existing product range with a focus on quality and cost optimization as well as standardization.

What you bring to the position

• Your basic technical training as a designer with further training as a mechanical or systems engineer forms the basis for this exciting task.
• You have already gained several years of experience in the development environment and know the requirements of a manufacturing company.
• You bring very good 3D-CAD knowledge (Inventor) and feel confident in handling PDM and ERP systems as well as MS-Office.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in apparatus and device design.
• As a positive-thinking doer type, you convince with respectful and binding communication within the team and towards interfaces.
• You work carefully, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Your German and English skills round off your profile.
