• Precisely mount fittings, hinges, and other functional parts
• Process window parts and prepare them for assembly
• Use machines and hand tools safely and correctly
• Control dimensions, function, and quality of the manufactured elements
• Comply with production specifications and technical documents
• Prepare finished windows for the next production steps
• Assist with various tasks within window production

What you bring with you

• Training as Schreinerpraktiker EBA or a comparable manual vocational training
• Experience in window construction or in window production is an advantage
• Knowledge in the assembly of fittings, hinges, and window components
• Manual dexterity and a good technical understanding
• Precise, clean, and quality-conscious way of working
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
• Good physical condition and willingness to actively pitch in
• German language skills to safely understand work instructions
