We are looking for reinforcement in our Controlling team at the headquarters in Langenthal Head of Controlling (80% - 100%) Your tasks You lead and develop the Controlling team of Avesco AG in Langenthal You further develop the Controlling team into a business partner for the 3 divisions of Avesco AG - construction machinery, energy systems, and construction technology You are responsible for the preparation of the budget, MTP and forecasts of Avesco AG You support the local finance departments of the subsidiary in Austria with complex controlling topics You continuously further develop the Management Information System for the operational business in Switzerland and create meaningful reports You analyze the figures of Avesco AG and support management in making the right decisions You accompany development and digitalization projects from a controlling perspective (further development of the PowerBI tool) as well as the continuous further development of controlling systems and processes You actively participate in strategic and cross-divisional projects of Avesco AG Your profile You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, business administration, or data analyst - or a commercial basic education with specific further training in the field of controlling You bring several years of professional experience in controlling or in auditing You score with good analytical skills and a passion for numbers Networked and solution-oriented thinking is exactly your thing You possess good manners, initiative, and organizational skills You are proficient in the German and English languages in speaking and writing, and possess good and up-to-date PC user skills (MS-Office, especially Excel) If you already have MIS and SAP or COGNOS experience, that is a plus.
