Diagnosis and rectification of mechanical and partly also electrical faults and defects. Installation and commissioning of new plants and machines. Regular review and optimization of maintenance plans and processes. Documentation of all performed work and recorded data in the corresponding systems. Compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations (EHS standards). Collaboration with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to improve plant performance and process stability. Participation in on-call service if required. What we are looking for: Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, polymechanic, or in a comparable field, as well as initial to several years of experience in the maintenance of plants or infrastructure systems (e.g., heat, cooling, water). Experience with production plants in the pharmaceutical industry according to GMP, as well as cleanroom experience, are a plus. Confident handling of technical drawings and plant documentation, as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. Fluent German skills in speaking and writing for collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners; English skills at at least a basic level. Responsible, team-oriented personality with willingness for on-call services and the desire to develop long-term in a stable and future-oriented environment.
