Junior Personnel Consultant

We are looking for you, Junior Personnel Consultant ### You want to apply your technical or commercial knowledge in personnel consulting. The induction takes place step-by-step by our experienced personnel consultants in the areas of: new customer acquisition, supporting existing customers, recruiting personnel, clarifying and assessing personnel documents, obtaining reference information, legal requirements in personnel leasing and job placement, and much more. Daily telephone calls for sales are a matter of course for you. Active maintenance of candidate and customer relationships via telephone, email, and personal contact. Recruitment and selection of personnel, conducting interviews, and obtaining references. You create customer offers, personnel dossiers, and sales mailings. Independent negotiation and calculation of hourly wages and customer tariffs. • You have a completed training in a technical or commercial field. • Very good German, both spoken and written. • Above-average endurance with a hunger for success, independent entrepreneurial thinking. • Good PC user skills, affinity for email, internet, and social media. • Ideally, you already bring a good network of company contacts and potential job seekers with you.
